“Keep Calm and Go Shopping”
This weekend, Harbor East in downtown Baltimore, MD bought
fashion to the streets and had their 5th Annual fashion event called FashionEasta
(which has a nice ring to it by the way).
This event did not only bring attention to fashion boutiques such as
SouthMoon Under, Sassanova, and Handbags in the City, but also brought
awareness to the different businesses in the area. All stores including restaurants offered
specials and bringing the community together to make the day enjoyable. People
were dressed in the latest fashions, stores were packed beyond capacity, and
the vibe was welcoming. This makes the shopping experience worthwhile! Even though there were cloudy skies, the
energetic atmosphere and the great turn out made up for it.
