Daily Grind

“Hustle in silence; Let the success make the noise.”
               --Unknown

That is a quote I live by. Revealing Posh Me’ke will be like the crowd roaring at the Super Bowl or the Happy New Year’s shout when it turns 12am on the 1st of January. I would describe my day to day schedule as fast pace, hectic and on the go. Every minute counts. I complete one task and move on to the next.  Working a full time job, assisting in my family business, and building my brand requires me to wear many hats. In the midst of work, calls, meetings, and e-mails, I include a daily workout and I take time out to myself and relax.  There must be a balance between your mind, body, and soul to maintain your pace throughout your journey.  People may wonder how I can go everyday with the same hectic schedule.  I would say it's because I see the end result, Posh Me'ke, LLC.  So, I throw on my shades, grab my coffee, jump in my car, turn on my music, and drive towards the cheers of success.

Pretty in Pink!

“The color pink makes everything look pretty.”

--Unknown

Pink Friday Diary:
“Sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what little girls are made of.”   Did you know that this rhyme is associated with the color pink?   Pink is a delicate color that is sweet, feminine, charming, and nice.  At Posh Me’Ke we value and emphasize women having their own individuality.  However, we come together once a week to show camaraderie by wearing the color pink.  It represents the love of oneself and others, friendship, harmony, approachability, and inner peace.  Wearing pink creates a carefree attitude and allows women who are overworked or overburden to be who they want to be.  It allows women to express themselves for that moment while enjoying the special things life has to offer without the stress of everyday life.  Pink is happiness.
Join us by wearing pink on Friday’s and don’t forget to tag us on Instagram @meke_poshmeke

The Equation

‘X = Infinity’

The weeks are going by fast as I am coming closer to my goal. The thought that crossed my mind was what it took for me to get this far.  Get out your calculators, we are going to math class!  Who remembers being introduced to equations and formulas? Just like math class, in business you must create your own formula and find out what the variable X is.  I choose the formula of having a successful business and where X equals infinity. There is no greater number than infinity and I equate that to there is no limit to what anyone can achieve in life.  You successfully complete one equation and move on to the next. No formula is ever a failure because you always learn a lesson that will help you with other future equations. So I encourage you to put the infinity symbol in your equations because nothing is impossible and skies the limit!

PoshMe'ke Diaries

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip Toe if you must, but take the step”.

--Unknown

Dear Diary,

Today, I would like to take a moment and reflect on this past year. It started off with me preparing to obtain an internship, then signing a contract with a manufacturing company. It was life's unexpected twist and turns that placed me on this great path. It is true when they say, when one door closes or I like to say, “When one door doesn’t open, another door will.”  When that happens, you need to be prepared to accept it, to indulge yourself, to live, breathe, and to eat your desires because it takes focus, discipline and dedication.

This past year I’ve made so many sacrifices.  I gave up my so-called “social life” and submerged myself into building my dream. Today, I’m happy to say that my dream has come to a reality.  Posh Me’Ke brought in the New Year by launching the websites’ coming soon page. As I sit and reflect, a sense of peace and happiness fills me all the way to my soul. The world will soon see fashion through my eyes, the eyes of Morgen E. CEO of Posh Me’Ke, LLC.

Signed,

MORGEN E.
